Meet Terri Cole
Terri Cole, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist, relationship and empowerment expert, and the author of Boundary Boss, Too Much, and the forthcoming Father Wound: Break Unhealthy Patterns to Reclaim Your Worth and Power.
For nearly three decades, Terri has helped people understand the patterns beneath their relationships and turn complex psychological concepts into practical, meaningful change.
In Father Wound, she explores how our relationships with our fathers can shape our sense of worth—and how we can begin to mourn what we deserved, break inherited patterns, and build a more self-determined life.
Meet David Kessler
David Kessler is one of the world's foremost experts on grief and loss and the bestselling author of Finding Meaning: The Sixth Stage of Grief.
He co-authored On Grief and Grieving and Life Lessons with Elisabeth KĂĽbler-Ross and has spent decades helping people understand life, loss, and the many forms grief can take.
His work is also deeply personal. After the sudden death of his 21-year-old son, David's understanding of grief took on a new dimension—one that ultimately led to his work on finding meaning after loss.
Your father wound may be part of your origin story.
It doesn't get to decide how your story ends.
