Tender Hearts

To log in to your account go to DavidKesslerTraining.com.

Then, to access your course, click on the Tender Hearts image.

To change your credit card information, you need to log into your account at DavidKesslerTraining.com. Then click on your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings. 

Please send us an email request to [email protected]. 

Once you have canceled your membership you will no longer have access to any of the content. You can, however, return at any time.

Here is the schedule for our different Tender Heart meetings each week. You can find the Zoom links in your Library, under Zoom Information and Schedule.

Log in to your account at https://www.davidkesslertraining.com/. Click Login in the top right corner or the web page. Next, click My Library in the top right corner of the web page. Then, click Setting. In this section you can change your contact information, profile settings and notifications.

The homework assignment is located underneath each video.

Tender Hearts is designed to go at your own pace. You are not required to do homework. It is for your own personal reflection.

The Zoom links are in two places. When you open your program dashboard you will see the Zoom Schedule and Weekly Teachings below each day you will find the Zoom link and password. You can also find the schedule under the section named Live Online Events, Replays, and ZOOM Information.

When you log into your course look for the section named, Live Online Events, Replays, and ZOOM Information, then click on Zoom Information and Schedule.

The replays are available for 7 days and then replaced with the most current session.

Due to privacy reasons the videos and replays cannot be downloaded.

You will find the dates and times of the upcoming tech support sessions on your dashboard when you log into your course look under the Friday Focus image and you will find it under the Tender Hearts Tech Support.

Each week you will gain access to a new section in your course. 

Our Monday Zoom call is for specific loss groups. You will choose a group during the Zoom call and David Kessler will explain how to do that during the call.

The one-to-one sessions are called heart-to-heart and are done in a group setting. During the Zoom call you can raise your hand and David Kessler will invite you onto a zoom spotlight with him.

You do not need to have your camera on. However, during our Monday Zoom call if you would like to join a specific group you are required to attend with your camera ON. If you don’t want to have your camera on you can stay in the main Zoom room.

Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of grief, we do not offer gifting subscriptions to Tender Hearts.

Evolving Hearts is part of Tender Hearts. You are automatically given access when you have been a Tender Hearts member for 1 year.

Yes, you can download the Kajabi App from the app store on your device. Then add www.DavidKesslerTraining.com. Next, log in with the same email and password that you create for your Tender Hearts account.

You are automatically added to our Evolving Hearts members list once you have been a Tender Hearts member for over a year. Once you reach this level you will be invited to join two extra calls a month with David.

You will find the replays under the Evolving Hearts section in your course library. They replay is available for 7 days. Each week we upload the new replay.

Then, click on the Town Square image and click View program, then you can search for a topic or individual in the search bar or you can click Topic or Feed and scroll through the posts. Click on a post and look for the comment box.

Click Topic or Feed, depending on where you made your post, then on the right side of the page and enter your name in the search box.
