Week 1
November 19, 2024
Understanding The Wounds of the Past
When we experience loss, our old wounds can distort and cloud our experience. It can be difficult to know where one ends and the other begins.
Without our awareness, grief can reactivate, remind, and replay our wounds from the past, making it more challenging to navigate the current circumstances and attend fully to our grief.
We'll explore the intersection between grief and old wounds to understand how they impact our daily lives and healing. We will focus on identifying the familiar patterns that keep us stuck and rob us of our future.

Week 2
November 26, 2024
The Destructive Impact of Old Wounds
The past and the future often collide. We'll learn to identify and untangle some old patterns, which often contribute to feeling stuck and helpless.
David will share insight into how old wounds and grief impact us today, from our energy, mood, and emotions to our relationships.
We'll begin to untangle the recurring patterns to finally stop recycling the same old limiting beliefs by looking back at their origin and learning strategies for investigative curiosity to uncover the patterns before we react to them.

Week 3
December 3, 2024
Discovering and Revealing Healing in the Aftermath of Old Wounds and Grief
We'll discuss tools and techniques to manage the fear, mistrust, anxiety, unhealthy thoughts, and elevated stress levels that so often stem from our old wounds.
We'll learn how to test, create and secure new and affirming beliefs to break the cycle.
David will teach us the keys to healing the wounds of the past and regain the openness and hope that our old wounds conceal.

Week 4
December 10, 2024
Uncovering Your True Identity and Beliefs (beyond the grip of old wounds)
When wounds of the past hijack our original pure beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, it can be challenging to welcome back our true, compassionate beliefs and selves.
After the grief and pain of the past, we may feel vulnerable and wonder who we are now.
In this teaching, we'll explore our authentic and evolving selves and share strategies for growth, integration, peace, and finding meaning.
